Asset store tools Moving File Fail

Hi I'm trying to download the asset store tools. when I click "download asset store tools" then click "import", I get an "importing package" window up. If I then click "import", I get a message saying "Moving file fail...moving temp/export......the system cannot find the file specified"

Is there another way to get the asset store tools (I'm trying to upload stuff to the asset store)? Or alternatively does anyone understand this message?
