Is HTTPS supported on Windows Store through WWW?

Using POST with WWW on a URI with HTTPS is returning with the Error "0x800c0008: The download of the specified resource has failed" in the WWW object. We have this method working successfully with HTTP URIs, but not the HTTPS calls. The same call with the same HTTPS URIs is working fine on our iOS and Android builds.

Is HTTPS supported on the Windows Store with WWW? (I couldn't find this question elsewhere)
