Controller (like in Angry Bots) for smarthphones for free on C#??

Hi! =)

I'm doing a 2D top-view game. I could export a "Joystick" package from Angry Bots and place it into my project. If you touch it with an smartphone, it works fine, but the problem, my game is on C# and im having some troubles to make it work with my already movements variables. Angry Bots its on JS (http://i46.tinypic.com/2z5rnk0.png), and my code is on C#

So, anybody knows any free script on C# that makes you use a simple controller like in AngryBots??

There's a similar library of what I need (https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/4344) but as the Angry Bots its free and already provide an Android/iPhone movement, I was searching sometime like that but for C#.
