Using functions in Monodevelop watch window?
When I code in C# or javascript with Visual Studio (not Unity projects), I can use a function in the watch window to get a value or object. I can't seem to do this in Monodevelop using Unity's javascript.
For instance, I might have a line of code like this (using 2D Toolkit):
if (sprites[openCell, 5].GetComponent("tk2dSprite") as tk2dSprite).spriteId == cellMatch) {...}
I want to see the actual value of spriteId, so I copy (sprites[openCell, 5].GetComponent("tk2dSprite") as tk2dSprite).spriteId into the watch window. I get an "Incorrect number or types of arguments" in the "value" column of the watch window.
I can do this type of operation in Visual Studio's watch window and get a value back. Is there a way to do this in Monodevelop?
