i need help trying to build game

i cant seem to build my game with webplayer or standalone i have download webplayer a few times but dosent seem to work in the console it says " Build Target directory for does not exist!WebPlayer UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:GetMonoIslands() UnityEditor.SyncVS:SyncSolution()"

Can someone help me please?
