How to make a mmorpg login and register system

I started to make a mmo game and(first I have a web site) have every thing else good other than this:

I need to know how to make a login and register system. I also don't have a data base, but if I don't have to have one, I would like that. Is there a way to make a java script log in and register system that's secure, that's easy to make in Unity3d? Please help!
