GUI planar aiming system help
hello!. Setup: i have a sphere, and when i click, i will apply a force to the sphere. By pressing right or left, the force will be aplied with a diferent direction. Currently, i have an arrow, that rotates around the ball when i press left or right, then i take his direction, and apply the force to the sphere. Problem: if the ball is too close to a wall, the arrow will go inside the wall, and this looks awfull. So, im going to do the same, an arrow that rotates around the ball to get the direction, but, in the GUI, this way, when the arrow goes close to a wall, it will look allways in front of it instead of penetrting the wall. Question: how can i implement a 3D arrow, that rotates in the gui, in the same way it will rorate on the plane where the ball is?
