Do I need to take my professional salary into account?
I work as a .NET developer for a living earning 100k per year base plus bonuses. However, I do not use Unity for my professional job at all, its only use for my personal game projects. When determining if I qualify for Unity Personal, do I need to include my salary, or just revenue from game sales?

The following is NOT legal advice.
I am not sure if this kind of post belongs on this forum, but I will at least give you the link to the licence agreement here: https://unity3d.com/legal/terms-of-service/software
As of 05/02/2018, that page says the following about calculating your income as an individual:
if you are an individual using the Unity Software, but not providing services to a third party, your Total Finances are the amount generated in connection with your use of the Unity Software. In this case, your Total Finances would not include amounts you generate from other work (for example, if your day job is as a zookeeper).
Note specifically that last sentence and take from it what you will.
Speak to a Unity rep directly if you want to get real legal advice on the matter.
