Can I generate values outside of the Random.insideUnitCircle??
My current code:
outsideCirclePos = Random.insideUnitCircle.normalized * 12;
outsideCirclePos.z = outsideCirclePos.y;
outsideCirclePos.y = 0;
This currently sets the points around the edge of a circle, and only the the edge. What i want is to be able to generate points on the OUTSIDE of the circle.. how can I do this?

outsideCirclePos = Random.insideUnitCircle.normalized * Random.Range(CircleRadius, MaxDistance);
