trouble finding the route to connect iPhone Unity App to a CPanel database

Hi I am using the below reference material (The Perl Script we are using is a modified version of the third script down to build an iphone app that accesses high scores.)

We have done this, we have also (to the best of our knowledge!) Built a database in CPanel. On our hosting now is a folder next to public.html called perl and inside is a form called accessdb.pl. But the main problem is finding the relative path to the database? I have tried lots of variations of http://mysite.com/perl etc I have found lots of tutorials showing things like wordpress applications finding this path but I have no idea where to start and the tutorials seem to show how to write the script Unity end and how to build the database but not showing how to link the two. Is there a tutorial that shows this? Thanks In advance
