Bad Unity instalation on Windows XP
Hi.
I installed Unity 4.0 on Windows XP, but Monodevelop or the example project (Angry Bots) didn't install, even though I checked the boxes for them.
When I had Unity 3.5.4 (I think), it worked perfectly, but since Unity 3.5.6 I had this problem.
Btw I used the same UnitySetup-4.0.0.exe file to install Unity on my laptop, which has Windows 7, and it works there perfectly.
I downloaded the setup file from the official Unity page.
Please help.

It looks I know the problem now..
I seem to have my Windows Installer broken so I have to fix that first...

I saw your message on facebook, you mentioned you have 1GB of Ram which could be your problem as m4s4m0r1 mentioned.

i have a same problem with you. and now my problem is solved.
And guess what, the problem is my harddrive free space (in C:) below 20 GB... so the monodevelop and example project won`t come...
maybe it can help you, friend ...
i think, the problem is your RA$$anonymous$$ space is full. so maybe the Unity cannot chace all data... but, try to ask to Unity developer. i found this in Facebook... maybe it can help.
