Can't use the Light Probe Group in Unity Pro.
When I check it in About Unity, it says that my License type is Unity Pro and I have the black skin to indicate that I am indeed using Unity Pro. The license is subscription based.
I've tried releasing the license and re-applying, but doesn't change anything.
Any help here?
What do you mean you can't use light probes? If you try to add it as a component to a game object does it say "Light probes require Unity Pro" or what?
Exactly, the component's buttons are greyed out and there's a notification box underneath with that text. The weird thing is that this is the only pro feature that I've noticed that doesn't work.
Anybody?? I'm having the same issue... When I click on the light probe group in the hierarchy I get a yellow warning in the inspector that reads "Light probes require Unity Pro". In the help menu under "About Unity" I can see that my license type is Unity Pro, Team, iPhone, Android, WinStore Pro, Blackberry Pro"

I'm on 4.3.4f. I believe it's the last one, but even if it isn't, I can't upgrade mid project without risking problems in the repo for everyone else.

Yes, I'm using the latest Unity version. My coworker has the same version and he can create and use light probes. I've tried releasing and re-activating the key, but it didn't do anything. As far as I can see, this issue is restricted to just the Light Probes Group and none of the other pro-only features.
can you use any of the other Pro-only features ? like soft particles for example.
is your co-worked on a subscription as well ?
I can use soft particles, no problem. Still get the "Light probes require Unity Pro" message though
it might be related to the active target platform. it is probably not the one you purchased.

All the features specific to Unity Pro check if you have the Pro add-on for the currently active build target. Switch to any of the build targets for which you have the Pro license and you'll be able to use the LightProbeGroup component.
