Screetching Sound While Walking? Why?

I can't tell why, no script that does this, and it happens at randoms times, even more so when I build it. It plays a very short and annoying screetch, sometimes after 2 seconds, or 15. I can't seem to find the cause online. Any known error of why this happens? Thanks. Also it Happens from all scenes, and it appears to be music from the title scene, put only like .1 seconds of it. The only difference with that scene is it has time set to 0. Is that an issue?
