2d platformer climb slopes problem

hey guys i'm using Rigidbody2d dynamic and CapsuleCollider2D for my 2d character movement , trying making slopes but i don't know how to do that this is the only problem i have. when the character is standing with no movement input on slopes it's sliding down ,. second problem on slope is , when the character going down from slopes , character bouncing and jump like in this picture, https://imgur.com/a/HQNNX
