Trusted plug in for IE, otherwise hangs up in fullscreen

I have upgraded to Unity3. Previously, I couldn't use "Go to fullscreen" mode in IE. However, with the new version, it is possible for IE users.

Whenever you switch to fullscreen in IE. It hangs up and stays still. Nevertheless, if I add my site to trusted sites list. The problem disappears. But I couldn't say to everyone, "OK, please add it to your Trusted Sites". (Well, also I don't have the option to use SSL)

If there would be signed (trusted) plug in, these kind of problems can be easily solved. Is there?

I think it should be considered as bug report. Or Unity guys should disable fullscreen mode again.
