Group objects, and center to parent GameObject, but keep relation to eachother

I have a script that takes several objects with similar tags and groups them together by putting them in a new empty GameObject. I need those objects to be at the center of the new GameObject, but keep their positions in relation to eachother. How would I do this (C# please)?
