Teleport objects
Hi guys, I'm doing a Match Game. I want to add some features to my game, such as teleporters.
For example when the gem will enter in a box(with some trigger), the gem will teleport to the end of the box.
Here is a picture with more explications. 
My question is, How could i do it better? . Using OnTriggerEnter (and teleport with some offset) , or do you guys have a better solution to make this. Need your help !!!!!
For a match game physics might be overkill. You might find your own system to be more efficient. (I'm thinking something like bejewled)
well, yeah, you are right, physics isn't the best way. ((, but that was the only thing I found as a reference.
this is a good discussion that you can follow, my only advice is that there is NO PHYSICS in this kind of games, use a grid and just teleport an object from an [x,y] grid case to another [x,y] grid case
I know but I have to change everything If im going to do it without physics (((. Im so screwed :D
You know, the game without physics looks much, much better
