installed beta 3.5 now I don't want to upgrade current project, how to select another?
HI
Ok, my mistake, I thought the beta would not install over my stable version of unity...
Now it wants to upgrade my current project, and I don't want that. How can I select another project?
I know I can copy the actual project, but really shouldn't it have an option then to select another project from that upgrade warning?
I am asking here cause there might be something obvious I am missing.
Thanks,
Jean

There are three options: For the first option all you would have needed to do is enable the project wizard in the editor preferences of Unity 3.4
Option 2 requires that you hold down cmd / alt after double clicking the unity icon (if I recall right), the same wizard should show up too.
and there is always option 3: rename the path the project is in, then unity won't find it either and can't upgrade it :)
Here we go:) thanks Dreamora, I knew it couldn't be that awkward! forgot about the project wizard. Thanks!
Did the same, if I want to go back to my old project, do I have to unistal 3.5 and reinstall 3?
? can't you use cmd/alt after double clicking on the unity icon and select or create a new project or have you already update the projet ( in that case you can't revert to 3 unfortunatly). Else if you want both unity 3 AND untiy 3.5 on your computer, simply rename the current Unity folder to Unity3.5 or something, then install unity 3.4 and you'll get both.
