Best Android Tablet for Unity?

We're going to be building a game for a very specific installation and thus can choose any hardware we want. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with dev'ing for Android tablets who can make a rock-solid recommendation for one that a 3D FPS will look bitchin' on?
