I Need 3D Models
Is there a site i can get free 3D models for my games. If not what is the best windows program to make them?

Best free Windows program: Blender.
Paid: 3DS Max (In my opinion, others would argue Maya)... If you're at a school, you might be able to get either or free.
For free models, a simple www.google.com search will find you plenty.
Make sure you look up royalty free models, =).

Also check out turbosquid. Filter your search there to formats that Unity supports, and make sure to go for low-poly models (or be prepared to decimate / polyreduce them.) Some of the models are free, some are inexpensive. Sometimes the author just wants a credit in your game. Read and respect the license terms.
