3rd Person Charter Controller Dont Play Animations

ı have a problem. ı maked a 3d ninja model in 3dsmax.and ı animated it(with to bipped) ı exported my model from 3dsmax to .fbx format and AFTER ı impORT model to unity ı maked only walk animation. and so ı go to ınspector window and add animations from under to split animations selection.ı rename it idle to walk.and after ı pick up my model and ı throw to terrain.after ı add Third person controller.change my animation to walk. ı played to game and when ı pressed to "W" key,character was going to front but animation dont play. I dont know very good english, so ı tired to explain my problem.if ı can do it please answere to my problem :( Thank you for İnterest.
