use iPhoneUtils.PlayMovie. Change size?

I was trying to find how to play movies on Android Device. And iPhoneUtils.PlayMovie can make it out. But I got a sort of problem with scaling. iPhoneUtils.PlayMovie can only play a movie with full-screen size, but I need to change the scale like new Rect(100, 100, 500, 300) size. Is it possible to do that?
