Embed device maps into unity 3D

I want to make a games that use Maps from GPS location as a feature I already try a Google maps in here but i don't impress with the calibration and performance to show the maps in my country, cos it link to Google maps and take the pic from there, with the small bandwidth in here it will take a some minutes to show the location --a is there any other way to embed maps with using the native maps service in the device ?? like android maps or IOS maps?? thx before :)
