Moderation issues... a bunch approved at once
I just got enough karma today for moderation abilities in Answers. I went in, and there were 9 things that were in queue for approval. I approved 3 of them, refreshed a page, and suddenly everything was approved (even things that shouldn't have been).
Did I accidentally approve everything? Is this a bug, and has it happened before?
Probably someone else was approving questions at the same time, and published the ones you would reject. Qato should give a warning when you try to publish/reject an item that someone else had already published/rejected moments before.
I don't have the option for "reject". Just "publish" or "send message" or "suspend the user".
I think you need more karma for the "reject" option. Also the "suspend user" thing doesn't actually work, unless you're an ad$$anonymous$$, possibly. (Fortunately spammers don't seem to return after they've spammed anyway.)

There are a lot of us, and I'm pretty sure some of us ahem just give the barest of glances before approving things. I've approved one of two duplicates before, and it seemed to work correctly.
I think it's more likely just overzealous moderators. :)
It doesn't help that among the many "improvements" in Qato lately, you can no longer see a preview of the entire question.
