Mobile, Scenes with animations make input lagged -sometimes-

Did anyone encounter this? What the heck is going on? Sometimes the input starts to not respond and makes the player die. It only happens in scenes with animations, and the animations are not complex, just some pulse of color for example of some objects. Please and thank you
