Sure. Create a cube, split the faces and apply one material to each face. Or you can use multiple-material, so you won't have 6 meshes ins$$anonymous$$d of one. if you're really new in 3D you can do the most simple possible way: Create 6 planes directly in Unity and position them to create a cube. Apply one material to each face and you're good to go.
