Move ad Stretch a 3D model for a touch game

Hi everyone Do you remember Mario64's intro? It was possible to extend parts of his face, shaking his nose etc.. I need to have the same gameplay on a mesh much easier for Android, but I have no idea where I could start .. Could you please give me some suggestions?

Thank to all and sorry for my english..

As Fattie stated, if you are not doing these sort of animations in your 3D modelling application then use Scale and Animation in Unity :

But how can I use these animations? If I launch an animation, this is played completely.. How do I play it with the $$anonymous$$ouseDrag?

$$anonymous$$y 3rd link is the answer to the first half of your question : How do I play it with ....

  • use animation.Play(); and animation.Stop();

The second half of your question is actually 2 questions : with the $$anonymous$$ouseDrag

  • how do I get an input value for mouse drag (where am I clicking/dragging, how much am I clicking/dragging by?),

  • and how can I use that information to manipulate an animation.

It is hard to answer any of this without knowing the current state of your project. Do you have models and animations? How many animations? How many triggers on the screen/scene for these animations? How are these triggers to affect the animations? $$anonymous$$ore .... there is too much unknown with this question.

Are you asking : how do I find where a mouse is clicked on the screen or scene ; how can I store the value of a mouse drag ; how can I change something (play an animation) with that stored value ?

Please think about the first thing you are having a problem with and ask about that =]

I know how to make a mouse drag on 3d object, but I don't know how to move only the top of the nose at mousedrag..

At the moment, I have no animation, but I can easy do it..

You make me think.. If I make this animations: - moveright (from center to right) - moveleft - movetop - movebottom - movetopleft - movetopright - movebottomleft - movebottomright How can I use it with mouse drag?

This is only a supposed solution, any better is welcome :D
