adding drag to a relative force

hi im trying to add drag to an object which is controlled by a relative force forward, basically i need to be able to add angular drag to this as i want its force to reduce when going up at different angles. i could define these angles and write out an opposite force multiplied so that its not to excessive .

but is there an easyier way to say this
