Scenario editor within Unity game?
I was curious if it's possible to make a scenario editor for the end user of a game, think like one from AOE2 or Starcraft. Basically, this would let anyone who plays the game open up a nice little app that will let them create a map or even singleplayer missions that can then be condensed into one small file and shared with others.
Is such a thing feasible in Unity, or even possible?

No doubt that with the right set of skills and a good deal of experience Unity is THE tool for doing what you want.
So if I wanted to make an RTS, it would be possible to conjure up a level editor for people to easily make maps for it?
to make Starcraft or AOE2 took let's say 20 to 40 man-years of program$$anonymous$$g time. the "user level editor" would have been 4 or 5 man-years of that
As said, it is definitly possible, but as Fatty mentioned, it would take quite some time to build that, also very much depending on the complexity of your game logic.
