Vertical Blur Image Effect
Anybody knows a good way of creating a vertical blur, as opposed to a distance blur? So everything outside e.g. the 5-10 y span is blurred.
I'm currently looking into merging tilt shift and global fog in some way, but I must admit that I'm not making fast progress.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Update: Found that using tiltShift shader and manually replacing the distance check with a height check did the trick. The height check was done by taking the worldPosition of the cam and adding the direction times the distance, and taking the resulting vector's y value.
