Way of selecting options

This is quite a silly question to be honest.

I saw a youtube video of a Mac version of Unity. I'm using Windows.
Instead of a little circle which opens a new window, there was an arrow opening a dropdown menu.

Is this no longer available in unity? Or maybe it's only for Mac?

(Normally it would be a problem but I'm using a dual monitor setup and the little window appears on the wrong monitor.)
