How to make first person model invisible

Hi, I'm working on my first FPS game and I got a problem with my model, when I look down I'm able to see my model and I don't want that, how can I solve this problem ?

You can put your model on its own layer and not have the camera render it.

You can turn off the "Mesh Renderer". This will do the model "invisible" :) This should be in the inspector to the right.

Well my game will be multiplayer so by doing this won't all the other player be invisible ?

Yeah that would be a problem. You've tried to just drag the model a bit futher back away from the camera? Or you can use layers as PAEvenson mentioned above in a comment. http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Components/Layers.html

Well if I do this my camera won't follow the head movement and will more likely turn around my character. $$anonymous$$y game is $$anonymous$$m Based so if I remove the Layer Red$$anonymous$$m, all the redTeam won't be visible.

Layers will be your best bet.

Each player can have their own layer, they should be able to see all other layers but themselves.
