Weapon Camera FOV
Is there a way to create 2 cameras, with one camera controlling the players field of view but at the same time not making a weapon look stretched in first person?
I think we need more information. You are using one camera for the players POV, the other one is for what? Where is the other cameras position? How are they positioned in the Game View?
I'll help as soon as I understand.

That happens to me, to be honest. That's just how Unity has its camera component, I guess. I certainly don't know how to fix it. Sorry.
I'll keep working on it, and I'll get back to you when/if I ever figure it out.

I'm currently using 1 camera with a weapon attached to it. The problem is when I set the FOV to 60, the weapon gets stretched. I'd like to be able to control the weapon's shape.
