Is it possible to build for iPhone with Unity's iOS license and NO Apple dev account on a Jailbroken device?

Topic says it all: Is it possible to build for iPhone with Unity's iOS license and NO Apple dev account on a Jailbroken device?

Thing is I have to wait several weeks for my Apple's Dev account and wanted to test my game on my iOS device and I do have iOS license of Unity and my device is Jailbroken. So is it possible to compile an unsigned .ipa file and put it on my jailbroken device?
