Is it possible to convert Mesh Vertices Local Position to World Space?

I have a custom generated Mesh, and each frame I need to know where a vertex's position is.

However, the vertex data is LocalSpace only.

For this reason, I have to calculate it to WorldSpace, then on the next frame, after the Object Move, Calculate it back to Local Space.

I know how to do calculation algorithm for this, but what I wanted to know is, is there any easy method to achieve this beside doing detailed Calculation based on relativity Transform Data.
