Can't access "NetworkServer"

hi, I am trying to connect my mobile with PC via WiFi. I am following a tutorial and it uses NetworkServer.Listen() and other NetworkServer functions. I can't access these functions. I have heard about some kind of update on "unity networking". I am pretty new to networking. How can I fix this?
