Walking Motion

I am making a FPS and I just used the FPS Java Script that came with Unity for my character for a starting script. But I want it to be a little more advanced than that, like in games, the camera moves like the player is actually walkiing instead of gliding of the floor. Does anyone know how I could get that up and down motion that you see in games like Resistance, Call of Duty, etc.
