Shader Programming Toturial!

There is actually a shader tutorial in the unity docs. Don't have the link handy, but it should be a short google away.

For anyone searching, we've added a Noobs Guide To Shaders on Unity Gems - it works through the structure of the source file and starts to build useful shaders.
