when run exe file it says not response

When I run the exe file that generated by Unity3D,it says Not response,this problem never happened before.But when I run it using other computer,it runs good. Please help me with this problem. Thank you!

Could be a hardware issue. $$anonymous$$ake sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
