Generated mesh not applied to main prefab (2018.3)
Hey all,
As topic suggests, I'm generating a mesh and assigning it to GetComponent<MeshFilter>().sharedMesh
. Now I'd like to sync this change back to main prefab, so that all prefab instances receive the updated mesh.
However, pressing "Apply All" (screenshot below) doesn't have an effect: both main prefab and all the instances don't receive the generated mesh updates no matter what I do, and the generated mesh is still listed as a instance-specific override. Reverting it destroys the mesh.
Any chance someone was able to make it work?
