Unity light mapping does't output any map

Question

Hi all. I try to bake terrain lightmap in the project that was previously created in Unity2.6 and now ported into Unity 3. after the baking finishes there is no lightmap applied as well as now map shows in Maps dialog of Light mapping window. I should note that it does work in a brand new project .
