Change asset directory?

Hey all, I'm super new at Unity. I've searched around and failed to find a way to change the directory for the assets. I run on two drives, a 60GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. I've only got 9GB left on my SSD, so I'd really like to move the game files somewhere else before I run out of space. For example, change it from C:\blah blah blah\Unity Stuff to E:\blah blah blah\Unity stuff. Different names for the folders of course. :P Any way to do that in Unity? Thanks, all. - Vasili
