Lightmaps - performance question
Hey Guys!
Ive got a question wich depends on how to use lightmaps. So ive got a scene and i placed differend point lights into it. I used the lightmap option and baked all lights into my scene - so basically i dont need them to be active. The question is: do i have to deaktivate the point lights in my scene to improve the performance of my game? I want to develop for ios/android devices and iam not sure if i have to prepare all of my scenes (deaktivation pointlights). are lights calculated in the background when iam running the game and using lightmaps at the same time?

Just select the lightmapping option of "Baked Only" and then bake lightmaps in your scene; and you won't need to deactivate them.
