Zooming In To Close Loses the Object from view

I'm trying to zoom into my objects to get a better look at them close up, but at when I zoom in at a certain distance, the objects disappear. Not entirely but it "disintegrates" as you zoom in. The closer part of the object, becomes invisible, with the farther part is still visible.

What is the problem?
