Is this a Glitch/bug or is it normal?
Hello, as you can tell (and where everyone starts) Im a noob.. Ive read as much as i can and watched hours of Tutorials (many helped, many didnt)..
Anyway I made a simple game then built it and tried it.. It worked perfectly but then I tried to go back into Unity and work on the game it opened the file but there was nothing inside.. I tried to load the scene but it was pretty much empty..
So my question is, Once you have built your game, can you edit it. Or does it kind of "Finalise" things, E.g. I cant edit it ever again?..
I would greatly appreciate any and all help you can give...

building a application don't doing anything with scene. you just should save all your work to scenes and then open it to edit. may be you doesn't save scene? without scene all your project is just a set of different assets
Please let me clarify..
I made a simple game and then built it.. I played the game and it worked perfectly.. but then I opened up the project in Unity and pretty much all of it was gone..
yes I saved the project and all the scenes before I built the game..
so try to open scene, not project. project is just a set of assets. scene is something with action and something that can be built
I tried opening the scene and it does the same.. I think its my computer.. $$anonymous$$y laptop is kinda rubbish tbh..
search for files *.scene in whole Assets folder. try to open each.
for future: remember that all your work except assets settings is saved in scene files, so keep them in folder you wish to and don't lose these files.
