How to prevent framerate drop the first time keyboard is shown on iOS?
Only the very first time I display the iOS keyboard in my app, it eats up a ton of time and causes my audio to go all crunchy until it finishes opening. I'm making a music app, so this is really problematic and makes the app feel broken. Note: the app is not using Unity's audio system to play sound, but I expect the crunchiness is caused by whatever threads the keyboard is using to initialize itself. Any idea how to mitigate or eliminate this problem?
For instance, in the profiler, for the first time I open the keyboard it is reporting 1109 ms and the second time is on 19 ms.
