Unity importing Maya mesh with holes Issue
I made a model in Maya with the texture and the animation then I exported the model as '.fbx'. When I import the model to my Unity scene, some faces are missing that looks like holes in my model, I tried Edit/Delete by Type/History and deleting some unnecessary objects from Window/Outliner in Maya, I also recreated the missing faces on Maya to see whether this will make any change to my model in Unity, but nothing happened, I am new to Unity and I need your help, Here are some screenshots to my model in Maya and Unity
$$anonymous$$ake sure your normals are facing outwards. I'm familiar with Blender, not $$anonymous$$aya but you should have an option to recalculate or flip normals. In 3D modelling programs often you'll see faces with two sides so normals are not invisible from the backside. In Unity if a normal is facing the wrong way it will be invisible.
