Whats unity pro vs unity free
Ok I don't mean to sound new but I am Haha I've had an idea for a game for awhile but I needed a 3D engine and someone told me to download unity so I did, when I signed up for it, it stated it was free and full but then after registering it said I only had 30 until it ended and I had to pay. . .
So my question is, is there a free version or does my version (the pro) turn into the free version after the thirty days and if so, what's the difference between unity pro and unity free?? Will I still be able to use 3D rendering and the 3D portion of unity or no? And also if anyone has a link to maybe a website that tells the difference between the free and pro version that would be awesome

All it will do is transform to regular. Unity3d will not be able to give you shadows on regular. Also without pro you cannot publish PS3, XBOX360, ANDROID, or IOS type games. And i think flash too. Unity3d free is free, exactly like pro, and maybe even better since you wont have to be able to use complicated controls such as dealing with shadows.

@Eric5h5 yes but you will need to pay a license, so it will not be free (but not be the pro version either).
No, you don't. You can buy Unity iOS without Pro, you can buy Unity Android without Pro, and will be able to buy Unity Flash without Pro. The consoles are a separate license entirely. You only need Unity Pro if you're buying iOS Pro or Android Pro.
Read http://unity3d.com/unity/licenses. Unity Pro has full features whereas the free version is limited (but sufficent for casual games).
Please note that Unity Answers is not the place to discuss such matters, as stated in the FAQ (at least as much as I understand it).
And finally, free is good enough to make and publish games. You need Pro if you need Pro features.
