What Method To Use When Saving?
Hello, all! I previously posted a question about using ArrayPrefs2 but now I'm not sure I should even travel down this road.
In my Web game I have a series of arrays. The total number of saved / loaded variables by my count is 168 variables in all... (3 saved slots x 56 variables). I have a couple 1D Arrays, a couple 2D Arrays, and a single 3D Array. Would it be better for me to use PlayerPrefs, PlayerPrefsX (ArrayPrefs2), or would it be better for me to use XML? I have no idea how to use XML... And if there are any other alternatives please tell! Thanks!- YA
(I'm using Javascript).

There's a number of ways to save data, in Unity.
With XML serialization, look here.
There's also a more thoroughly worked out answer, here.
I would suggest learning I/O (input/output) in Javascript, or C#, though. It's much easier to customize, once you have base methods set down.
I/O is basically just writing to, reading from, creating, deleting, moving, etc. various files in certain locations (local or remote) that are accessible to the system at runtime.
