Move one GUI window when another is moved?

So, I have two GUI.windows, and I'd like them to stay next to eachother, but I'd also like to add a GUI.DragWindow to it, is there a way to detect, when a window is moved, and then move the other windows to a location depending on the moved windows new possition?
